Attorney Application Preparation and Filing $400

The Federal Trademark Application service is $400 plus the government filing fee of $325 per class. An in-house trademark attorney will prepare the Federal Trademark Application on your behalf. The fee includes follow up of the trademark application, encompassing both conferences and correspondence with the Trademark Attorney for the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. If an opposition action or other complication is involved, we will arrange on your behalf, services at standard hourly rates to address such issues, with your prior approval.
