An in-house trademark attorney will conduct a preliminary federal search and will prepare the Federal Trademark Application on your behalf. The fee includes legal follow up of the trademark application, encompassing both correspondence with the Trademark Attorney for the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and responding to informal office actions.
