Site Operations Manager:
Will be responsible for all of our Systems Administration, including all networking, hardware and software issues. Will be in charge of maintenance and expansion of our databases . Will also serve as a contact for all our information vendors. Also responsible for developing and maintaining all back-up strategies.
This is a hands-on manager position. Qualified candidates must have 2-3 years management experience along with solid vendor relationship experience. Must have solid technical understanding and experience with UNIX and PC's, along with knowledge of HTTP servers, networking, HTML and scripting languages.
BS degree or equivalent is required.

Credit/Collections Analyst:
We're looking for someone to join the team to assist with credit approval, invoicing and collection of accounts assigned. You'll interface closely with the sales and accounting functions to resolve customer issues. Will prepare various reports and reconcile accounts as needed to ensure payment. Requires 2+ years' college education and 2-5 years' related experience. Must be a strong communicator and have excellent analytical skills. Must have a basic understanding of the accounting function. Knowledge of Word and Excel required.
